No dancing around it. Here's what things cost, how long they take, and what we will — and won't — promise.

Most builds run two to three weeks from kickoff, once we have your business details and photos. The biggest variable is feedback speed — the faster you review, the faster you launch. Your project agreement includes a timeline in writing.
Yes — that's part of the base price. You provide the business facts; we shape them into clear copy organized around what customers need to understand, believe, and do next. You approve every word before launch.
Your Google Business Profile is the listing that appears in Google Maps and local search — usually before your website. Management means someone actually tends it: weekly posts, review responses, fresh photos, and accurate info. If local customers are how you get work, it's one of the highest-leverage things you can maintain.
No — each stands alone. That said, they're a strong pair: the profile gets you found, and the website gets you chosen. On your strategy call we'll recommend only what fits your goals, even if that's just one of the two.
Ongoing management runs month-to-month by default, with the exact terms stated in your project agreement — no burying cancellation rules in fine print. Your profile is yours; you keep it either way.
No — and be careful with anyone who does. Google controls rankings; agencies don't. What we do is improve everything within our control — your website, your profile, your activity, your accuracy — and tell you plainly what's outside it.
A strategy call, your business details (services, service area, hours), some photos of your work, and access to your Google profile if we're managing it. We handle the rest — and we'll give you a short, specific list rather than endless homework.
No. We work with contractors and local service businesses anywhere in the United States. Our office is at 200 Brandylion Drive in Stephens City, Virginia, and if you're near Winchester we're glad to meet in person — but nothing about building a website or managing a Google Business Profile requires us to be in your ZIP code. The local part that matters is your service area, and you're the expert on that one.
A kickoff call, screen shares as the work takes shape, and a shared document you can open any time to see the scope, the timeline and what we're waiting on from you. Photos and business details come off your phone. Out-of-state projects get the same two-to-three week website timeline and the same published prices as one down the road. Our hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern — worth knowing if you're a few time zones west of us.
We can make sure your profile's service areas, categories and content accurately describe where you actually work, and we can build service-area pages on your website for the towns that matter most. What nobody can do is promise a position in a particular town's map results — Google weighs how close the searcher is to you, and that part isn't for sale.
